Hi there! I am Jessica, co-owner of Red Spectrum Health, a full-body Red Light Therapy wellness center in my home town, Leawood, Kansas.

After I had my daughter, I suffered with constant fatigue, depression, and chronic pain in my body. I was doing all the right things to be healthy yet nothing I did, diet, exercise, physical therapy, chiropractic care, nothing helped.

I discovered Red Light Therapy to help with weight loss but couldn’t believe how good I felt in just a few sessions. It transformed how I felt; energized, calm, my workouts were supercharged and I just started feeling better. Within a few months my chronic pain was gone!

When I started researching the benefits of Red Light, I couldn’t believe the amount of clinical research on the subject! Red Light is proven to be helpful for pain, inflammation, circulation, sleep, athletic performance, skin health, weight loss and cellular health and is used to treat the symptoms of so many conditions… All of the changes I experienced were researched!

I couldn’t believe it and had to share it with the world!

So, I enlisted my Dad to help me figure out how to make it happen.
